इनमें आयात , औद्योगिक लाइसेंस , प्रतिबंधित एकाधिकार व्यापार , विदेशी मुद्रा प्रतिबन्धन ( एम . आर . टी . पी . तथा फेरा ) टेक्नोलौजी आयात तथा प्रयोग , कंप्यूटर और इलैक्ट्रोनिक विकास , दूरसंचार उपकरण निर्माण क्षेत्र में निजी उद्यमियों का प्रवेश औद्योगिक उत्पादों का मूल्यांकन तथा वितरण आदि - आदि से संबंधित सभी नीतियां सम्मिलित थीं .

64. We would like also to see this kind of investment in areas related to micro, small and medium enterprises because what gives sustainability to an economy is to have an activity that promotes jobs and thus contribute to the fight against poverty.

हम माइक्रो, लघु और मध्यम उद्यमों से संबंधित क्षेत्रों में भी इस तरह का निवेश चाहते हैं क्योंकि इससे अर्थव्यवस्था को स्थिरता मिलेगी और यह ऐसा कार्य है जिससे रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ते हैं और इस तरह गरीबी के विरुद्ध लड़ाई में योगदान मिलता है ।

65. * Brazil and South Africa welcomed India’s decision conveyed at the Working Group on Science and Technology meeting that India will host the IBSA Satellite Technical Meeting In Bengaluru to discuss (i) modalities of cooperation in space weather, earth observation and micro satellite; and (ii) translating the IBSA Satellite concept into action.

* ब्राजील और दक्षिण अफ्रीका ने विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी से संबद्ध कार्यकारी दल की बैठक में सूचित भारत के इस निर्णय का स्वागत किया कि भारत (i) अंतरिक्ष मौसम, भू-पर्यवेक्षण तथा सूक्ष्म उपग्रह के क्षेत्र में सहयोग के तौर-तरीकों; और (ii) आईबीएसए उपग्रह विचारधारा को मूर्त रूप दिए जाने पर चर्चा करने के लिए बंगलुरु में आईबीएसए उपग्रह तकनीकी बैठक का आयोजन करेगा।

66. In a jubilant tone she said that the DRDO has produced and proven many new state of the art technologies in the Missile System like Composite Rocket Motors, very high accuracy Ring Laser Gyro based Inertial Navigation System, Micro Navigation System, Digital Controller System and very powerful onboard computer system.

एक उत्साही स्वर में उन्होंने कहा कि डीआरडीओ ने मिश्रित रॉकेट मोटर्स जैसे मिसाइल प्रणाली में कई कला प्रौद्योगिकियां साबित कर दी हैं जिसमे बहुत उच्च सटीकता वाली स्वदेशी रिंग लेजर जाइरोस्कोप आधारित जड़त्वीय नेविगेशन सिस्टम, माइक्रो नेविगेशन सिस्टम, डिजिटल कंट्रोलर सिस्टम और बहुत शक्तिशाली जहाज पर कंप्यूटर सिस्टम आदि शामिल है।

67. Key opportunities in sectors like auto, defence and aerospace, food processing, chemicals and petrochemicals, electronics and information technology, pharmaceuticals, textiles, industrial equipment manufacturing, construction equipment, and infrastructure will be showcased through 21 seminars conceptualized and led by the key Union Ministries. They will be addressed by Union Ministers, Think Tanks, Industry Leaders, Academic Institutions, and Industry Associations.

प्रमुख केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों, थिंक टैंक, उद्योग लीडर, शैक्षिक संस्थाओं तथा उद्योग संघों की संकल्पना के अनुसार तथा उनके नेतृत्व में 21 सेमिनारों के माध्यम से आटो, रक्षा एवं एयरो स्पेस, खाद्य प्रसंस्करण, रसायन एवं पेट्रो रसायन, इलेक्ट्रानिक एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी, फार्मास्यूटिकल, टेक्सटाइल, औद्योगिक उपकरण विनिर्माण, निर्माण उपकरण तथा अवसंरचना जैसे प्रमुख क्षेत्रों में महत्वपूर्ण अवसरों को प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा।

68. 20. Further promote stable and sustainable growth for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including through technology transfer, diffusion, adoption and adaptation as well as enhancing capacity building, technical assistance, distribution channels, financing facilities, access to innovation, and opportunities to integrate into the global and regional value chains, as well as utilisation of Project Development Fund and Quick Impact Project Fund, where relevant.

* इसके अलावा माइक्रो, लघु और मध्यम उद्यमों (एमएसएमई) के लिए प्रौद्योगिकी हस्तांतरण, प्रसार, अपनाने और अनुकूलन के साथ-साथ क्षमता निर्माण, तकनीकी सहायता, वितरण चैनल, वित्तपोषण सुविधाओं, नवाचारों तक पहुंचऔर वैश्विक और क्षेत्रीय मूल्य श्रृंखला में एकीकृत होने के अवसरों, साथ ही साथ,जहां प्रासंगिक हो, परियोजना विकास निधि और त्वरित प्रभाव परियोजना निधि के उपयोगद्वारा स्थिर और सतत विकास को बढ़ावा देंगे।
